Sharee Hixson, has over 20 years of leadership and pest management industry experience. Prior to launching ReeSource, Sharee spent the 11 years as the Director of Operations for Innovative Pest Management, Inc., one of the areas fastest growing regional pest management companies. While at Innovative, she was tasked with shaping the corporate structure and direction of the organization and taking the company from 14 employees to a team of 48 staff members. Sharee became known as the “glue” that kept the organization intact as it experienced rapid growth of the company during recent years. Sharee’s passion and determination to succeed, ability to develop and maintain relationships with employees and customers, expertise to implement and lead training meetings with technicians/interoffice personnel, and understanding all facets of business created the springboard to launch ReeSource Pest, Inc., following the acquisition of Innovative. She has worked as the direct manager for many accounts including American University, Catholic University, Aramark, Department of Interior, Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Entertainment and Sports Arena, George Washington University, U.S. Holocaust Museum, Montgomery County Government, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue, National Gallery of Art, National Park Service, Office of Personnel Management, Smithsonian Institute, Trinity Washington University, Bureau of Engraving, USDA, University of District of Columbia, BG&E.

Amaury Almeda

Our Vice President and cofounder, Amaury Almeda brings more than 10 years of strategic pest management experience. Amaury is an Associate Certified Entomologist, A.C.E., a credential instituted by The Entomological Society of America and though its Board Certified Entomologist (B.C.E.) program. This credential held by Amaury has become the benchmark for professionalism within the pest management industry. This prestigious accomplishment not only demonstrates Amaury’s dedication and leadership within the industry but also provides you added confidence that our technical approach to resolving your pest problems is holistic in nature and exact in results. He also holds pesticide licenses in MD, DC, and VA in general, rodent, right-of-way, and aquatics. His depth of experience includes universities/schools, childcare centers, museums, food service, apartments, office buildings, warehouses, strip malls, and residential homes. Mr. Almeda specializes in Integrated Pest Management and LEED-certified locations. He most recently spent the last 5 years as the technical manager of the pest control program at Fort Belvoir in Alexandria, VA. Being responsible for this prominent installation added even more experience within sensitive environments including schools, daycares, and food service. Amaury routinely provides employee development, classroom, and on-the-job training for our complete technician team.

Noah Krikstan

Noah Krikstan has over 15 years of experience performing structural pest management and leading people in the pest management industry. Noah is an Associated Certified Entomologist, A.C.E., he began his career in the industry working for and under the close guidance of Richard Kramer, Ph.D. at Innovative Pest Management Inc. As one of the original starting technicians at Innovative Pest, Noah quickly rose through the ranks while building the company to become the go to person for training, implementing protocols and eventually leading a team of over 30 technicians in the field in all aspects of structural pest control including specializing in accounts using Integrated Pest Management principles and LEED designated accounts. He has worked at and coordinated pest management programs for many prominent institutions such as the National Gallery of Art, The Smithsonian Institution, The Smithsonian National Zoological Park, Johns Hopkins University mouse allergen and cockroach allergen studies, American University, Catholic University, Catholic Charities, Howard County Government, Montgomery County Government, Howard County Public Schools, Frederick County Public Schools and many more. Noah led many training meetings and educational seminars both in house at Innovative Pest for technicians and for the public at various seminars and conferences. Noah has worked with several pest management industry leaders doing consultation on various pest management issues in and around the DC Metropolitan area. He is well known for meeting his clients and technicians in the field to get his hands dirty to help solve pest issues while providing firsthand training to the technician and contract officers handling the account. Noah holds pesticide licenses in MD, DC, and VA in general, rodent, wood destroying insects, and wildlife.

Mike Howcott

Michael Howcott is a stellar addition to any pest management team. Mike started his professional career in pest management in 1987. He has built up his knowledge on a wide variety of pests and the tools needed to control them over time. He is a very hands-on person and is well versed in the identification, biology and habits of the pests we deal with and has been instrumental in passing this in depth knowledge on to other technicians under his direction in the field. Mike has held state certifications or is currently certified for the state of Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC throughout his time in the pest management industry. He has successfully run large scale commercial contracts using IPM (Integrated Pest Management) principles in places such as the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Washington Navy Yard, World Bank in DC, the Army National Guard in Fredericksburg, Va and in various other large institutions over the years. Mike served as General Manager for Innovative Pest Management under the direction of Richard Kramer. While at Innovative Pest, Mike was instrumental in developing a program for residential pest management and oversaw and managed 30 plus technicians in the field. Mike has extensive experience in implementing logistics, planning, evaluation and utilizing operational resources to get any job done from small scale projects in the residential setting all the way up to large scale projects in various commercial and institutional settings. He has a wealth of experience in wood destroying pest management and termite control. He is also very knowledgeable on the different classes of pesticides used both from his time in the beginning of his career up to now. His no nonsense approach yet attention to the small details in pest management has endeared him to the many people he’s worked with over the years.
